Question 1

What surfaces do you clean?

Accepted Answer

Our two core capabilities are steam cleaning and pressure washing for suitable hard surfaces, including concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, pavers, rock walls, bulkheads, floors, stairs, dumpster areas, and graffiti removal. We do not wash houses, siding, or roofs.

Question 2

How often should concrete be pressure washed?

Accepted Answer

In Washington, most driveways, sidewalks, and patios benefit from a wash every 1 to 2 years. Areas with heavy moss, algae, or commercial traffic may need yearly service to stay safe and looking good.

Question 3

Do I need to be on site during the service?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as we have access to an exterior water spigot and the areas being cleaned, you do not need to be present.

Question 4

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Olympic Surface Washing is fully licensed and carries general liability insurance for every job.

Question 5

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Olympia and communities across South Puget Sound, Grays Harbor County, Hood Canal, and selected Pacific Northwest locations. Availability depends on project scope, access, schedule, and travel.
